It's been longer than usual between posts...I doubt if anyone noticed.
Life has been a little crazy for me the past couple of weeks.
Dixie came down with an infection which lead to severe dehydration which lead to a visit to the emergency vet which lead to spending a small fortune & now a case of fleas.
I missed a day of work because she was so sick. I honestly didn't care what people thought about that, she's my child. Parent's don't leave their kids when they're sick.
The world of oilfield pump jacks went from overly optimistic to depressingly grim.
The forecast was pulled from our system, and I was instructed to start canceling orders.
Not a good feeling.
Yesterday I met with two vendors. One I told about the ugliness, the other I let engineering & quality tell them how they are not complying with our specs for paint.
And I emailed another vendor to ship back all tooling.
Yesterday was exhausting.
And I am questioning a belief I have held onto with a tight grip for several years.
I hate it when I start questioning something like this...

I noticed that you were absent for a while :D! I have been the same exact way...it's hard to sit down and b.s. when you have no time! Hope your doggie is feeling better...that is uber annoying about the fleas. Oh, and hope you win tics to see EYB in Houston (I think that's where it was?)...so jealous if you do!
