Annoyed

So yesterday I came to work with good intentions. I was going to power through the day even though I was still pretty sick.
I made it until 11 when my stomach almost met my desk. I made a mad dash for a bathroom.
I was done for the day with that. I didn't give a F what anyone said about me leaving. If they wanted to say words I would gladly let my stomach meet their desk.
So home I went to spend qt with the couch and the dogs.
Last February during my 2 week vacation from yellow truck hell, I spent time with the tv and getting to know Ms. Rachel Ray. I have fond memories of the new recipes she exposed me to. (Mozzarella stuffed meat balls anyone?)
So yesterday, while nursing my self back to health, I decided I would see what goodies Rachel had for the cold Monday afternoon.
I don't know if it's because I am so sick, or have been pulled through the ringer with holiday stress, or because I was jealous she didn't look chubby yesterday - but - I was so annoyed by Ms. Ray I had to find something else to fill my empty afternoon with.

That was just the beginning of things that soon started to annoy the F out of me. Too the point I am now blogging about them.

I was browsing a friend's wedding registry. I love said friend very dearly. We go way back, so far back that we played barbies together once upon a time. But seriously, why do people register for over the top, expensive, worthless junk when the wedding is going to be in small town east TX?!
I am also annoyed that she had two registries, both had the same kind of items. It was doubles of everything. Towels, kitchen goods, expensive BS. Really? I thought the idea was to pick certain things at certain stores. Target doesn't sell the fine china, but stores like Dillard's do. Thus, explaining the necessity for two registries. But registering for towels at Target, towels at Macy's, a mixer at Target, a mixer at BB&B, redundant. And inefficient.
You leave so much opportunity to end up with mismatched half & half. Especially dangerous when stuff on both lists do not match nor coordinate whatsoever.
I hate redundancy.
So my dear friend, whom I love & is getting married in three months, will have to live what her poor single friend can afford. Don't count on the $200 back massager...

Last night I also came across the the train wreck that is my ex-fiance's family on myspace.
I am so glad I let that bus keep on going without me.
Those jesus freaks and their snobbishness annoy the F out of me. I remembered how much I disliked so many of those people. The zookeeper in particular, who felt the need to use profane language to tell me how POed he was at me for breaking his mentally unstable, emotionally abusive brother's heart, is still the grand champion of ill feelings I have towards that klan.
Myspace was obviously created for stalking.

I am annoyed by how this cold has become a roller coaster. Bad. Worse. Almost better. Deathly ill. Borderline better. Bad. Aggravated. Worse.
MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!!!!!
I have another appointment today with the doctor who seriously offended me right before Christmas. Obviously, she missed whatever I have managed to keep going for almost 3 weeks.
Be sure to send this doctor the gold star.

People who are snooty and think they are better because they are clique-y. Seriously? Your clique does not make you better. It just makes you a sheep. An ignorant sheep.
Get. Over. It.

Add to the same group, the morons who call nonstop and all ask the same questions. If I sent you an email (bc I lost my voice) with the info you need, then well it sounds like you have a personal problem on your hands - LEARN HOW TO READ. And if you do suffer from that problem, don't act snooty with me. It won't get you anywhere but sent to voicemail for an indefinite period of time.
The world doesn't turn because you say so.

And I am annoyed by those who wanted Texas to lose. Texas is the greatest state EVER. It is only right that UT won the Fiesta Bowl since the BCS is such a flawed ignorant excuse for a college football system.
HOOK 'EM!

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your blog and am so glad that it is public again. I don't post, but I keep up with the galleywinter boards. I started following your blog after looking at some on there one day. I was so pissed when those stupid bitches were so mean to you over the retarded holiday thread. Don't give a thought to them girl; keep on posting! You crack me up and write so well! Plus, you love EYB, and I love your concert stories! I don't get to as many as I would like so I have to live vicariously through Texas fans :D.
