SO I am back on the healthy wagon. Finally.
Today I went back to the healthy brown bag lunch.
Light yogurt, 100 calorie pudding & a stick of cheese.
Hopefully, my healthy lunch along with my renewed addiction to the gym will help slim my ass down.
The goal is 15 pounds by May.

I'm optimisitic.
With the gym activity I have been able to hold steady at 120 the past couple of weeks. There were even a few days my weight dipped below that.
Saturday I went to the gym located close to my parent's house and got some me time on the treadmill. And apparently it was a very productive work-out because I am still sore.
I must admit, I enjoy the soreness the gym brings. It gives me the reassurance that I am working hard and am heading in the right direction.
I am looking foward to getting back into my skinny jeans and not feeling like a fatass when shopping for clothes.
So here I go again...trying to get back to the tiny me.
